About Tub O'Soap ®

Our company is based in Ontario. We have been involved in the soap making industry since the early 1990s. First as crafters and then as a small business. We have experienced the frustration and problem of trying to source out high quality, reasonably priced products, available in smaller quantities. Finding this lacking, we then decided that we would provide that service for our fellow businesses and crafters. We started small and have been growing ever since thanks to and with the help of our clients.

  • Tub OSoap offers what we consider reasonable wholesale and retail pricing on a high quality line of products specializing in Melt & Pour needs.
  • We also carry a variety of other soaping supplies.
  • Our discount quantities are set at low levels so that crafters and smaller businesses can benefit from them.
  • We are an Internet Business and as such we do not have a Store Front.
  • We have a $25.00 on line purchase minimum that includes taxes and shipping.
  • All prices quoted in this shop are in Canadian Dollars ($)

CASH, CHEQUE and POSTAL MONEY ORDER POLICY

  • All cheques must clear before shipment which could take up to 4 weeks.
  • For fastest shipment, pay by cash or MO and the order will ship as soon as we cash the money order.

PICKUP POLICY

  • There is no pickup available.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to Canada only.

All shipping is done through Canada Post- Expedited Service, one of the quickest and certainly one of the most economical ways to go. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, especially around the busiest times of the year. The site automatically calculates the shipping cost by destination. Handling and insurance charges are included in the shipping charge.
Extra charges may be incurred for remote areas serviced by Canada Post. In these cases you will be notified of the extra charges that must be paid prior to shipping by Credit Card or Money Order.

  • We strive to ship all orders the same business day as receipt.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

  • We require prior authorization as many items are not returnable for both Health and Safety reasons as we are sure you can all appreciate. You must request a return within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise. When a return and refund is authorized, there will be a 15% restocking/administration fee, minimum $5.00. The Client is responsible for all shipping costs. The return package must be insured and sent signature required for your protection.
  • No product will be accepted for Return or Refund after 14 days from date of sale.
  • Credit Card Refund – Should a Credit Card refund be necessary due to an order cancellation, or entry error by client, a $6.00 administration fee plus a 5% restocking fee of the total credit card charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
